Estimator

Overview

In this Estimator role, you will prepare cost estimates for luxury projects up to £15m and support tender and pre-construction activities. You’ll work closely with the Pre-Construction Manager and the project team to deliver accurate bids that align with client requirements. This opportunity offers exposure to high-end projects in Basingstoke and a chance to influence cost planning and procurement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates for luxury construction projects up to £15m
• Collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager and project team to align estimates with design and client needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes and refine costs
• Support bid/tender processes and value engineering as needed
