Role: Estimator / Senior Estimator (Civils & Groundworks) Location: Cannock Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking two experienced Estimators / Senior Estimators to join our growing Civils & Groundworks division.

The successful candidates will play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive tenders and supporting the commercial success of our projects. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civils and groundworks projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain accurate pricing.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value‑engineering options.
• Support bid submissions and contribute to tender strategy. Requirements
• Proven experience in estimating within civils and groundworks.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office. What We Offer
