Deep experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, M365, Identity & Access and Windows Deep understanding of the full Autopilot process, ideally demonstrated through large scale deployments. Device deployment & swap - Laptop handover, old device collection, asset tracking User onboarding support - First login, MFA/Windows Hello setup, basic app validation Physical troubleshooting - Docking, monitors, peripherals, connectivity, SIM/eSIM (where relevant) Working in "deployment clinics" - High-throughput, structured rollout environment with queue-based users.
Strong communication skills, including face-to-face interaction with non-technical staff Familiarity with Legacy Applications modernisation for current windows platforms. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.
