As an Evolution Programme Business Partner, a typical day might include: Appraising, establishing and implementing innovative programme and change management tools that unlock and drive forward the delivery of projects that achieve group objectives Being responsible for a programme of large scale, evolutionary projects that support our strategic direction, help us to achieve our corporate ambitions and deliver on our wider social value aspirations Driving end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, ensuring efficient, effective delivery, whilst managing project interdependencies and priorities, across all our business units.
Ensuring value for money and wider impact at all times. Future planning – ensuring the capacity and capability of the organisation to deliver projects with competing priorities – and working with the senior management team to agree this. developing feasibility and business cases and ensuring governance of project documentation to maintain strategic oversight, delivery assurance, and constant communication at all times.
Working across a wide section of internal colleagues and external partners to ensure specialist input where its needed, cross-organisational buy in and appropriate sign-off when required – leading the project steering board group wide to ensure joined up thinking and innovation at all times. ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and the quality anticipated. playing a huge part in change management, working with colleagues to ensure projects and their impact is evidenced and communicated across the group and beyond.
