Experimentation Manager

Overview

In this role, you will coordinate and optimize global experimentation programs to drive growth across markets. You will act as the bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring experiments run on time, are localized, and deliver reliable data and insights. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to configure, launch, and monitor tests, and report results to stakeholders. This position offers exposure to ELG principles, regional nuances, and a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for market-specific and regional tests
• Support Experimentation Lead with growth opportunities and regional considerations
• Track timelines, dependencies and resources using Jira/Asana for on-schedule delivery
• Assist in resource allocation, monitor testing throughput, and contribute to ROI tracking
• Generate clear performance reports with regional insights for stakeholders
• Maintain open client communication on planning, execution, and results across regions
• Flag blockers and regional deployment considerations to the Experimentation Lead
• Follow ELG framework and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support analysis and regional deployments
• Configure and launch experimentation programs; manage tickets for tasks, bugs, and data requests
• Summarise findings from experiments for review by the Experimentation Lead

Key requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing
• Proficiency with project coordination tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Ability to manage multiple regional initiatives with attention to timelines
• Experience in data extraction, organisation, and reporting
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of experimental design and data-driven decision making
