Responsibilities
Data entry, booking collection and preparing them for export entry. Use various forms of communication to engage with customers regarding bookings and any job queries that they may have. General Admin duties Provide transport companies with the relevant information to ensure customer collection / delivery requirements are met.
Promote and maintain image, procedures and standards as set and with management. Action other ad hoc duties as requested by team leader. About You / Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping
