Export Coordinator Stallingborough | £27,000 to £30,000 | Permanent Are you experienced within export, shipping or freight operations and looking for a role where you can take ownership of shipments and build strong relationships with customers?

Winsearch is recruiting an Export Coordinator to join an established logistics operation in the Stallingborough area. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys a busy operational environment, coordinating shipments, solving problems and ensuring customers receive a reliable service from start to finish.

The Role You'll be part of an experienced operational team responsible for keeping export movements on track. From receiving shipment instructions through to final delivery, you'll coordinate the different stages of the process and act as a key point of contact for customers and operational partners.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate export shipments from booking through to delivery Organise space and shipment requirements with shipping lines Liaise with customers regarding bookings, documentation and shipment progress Ensure the necessary export information and paperwork is received and accurate Work closely with transport planning and other operational departments Communicate with freight partners, suppliers and international colleagues Keep internal systems and shipment records accurate and up to date Manage customer enquiries and respond to operational issues promptly Provide customers with regular updates throughout the movement of their goods Support internal reporting and performance requirements Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain an efficient operation What We're Looking For Previous experience within freight, logistics, shipping or export operations is important for this position.

Ideally, you will have: Around 2 years' experience within export operations, freight or a similar environment Practical knowledge of export procedures Experience coordinating freight bookings or shipments Confidence dealing directly with customers and external partners Strong organisation and attention to detail Accurate administration and data-entry skills Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage several priorities within a busy operational environment Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office Why Apply?

Salary from £27,000 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Healthcare plan Pension Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Permanent opportunity within an established logistics operation Varied role combining export operations, customer service and shipment coordination The position also includes an on-call rota of one week in five, covering Monday to Sunday.
