Your Role as EYFS Lead: As our EYFS Lead ,
you will
β Drive Excellence β Lead a high-quality Early Years provision, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning. β Develop & Inspire β Support, coach, and mentor staff to raise standards across EYFS. β Innovate & Shape β Design and implement an engaging, play-based curriculum that meets the needs of every child. β Monitor & Evaluate β Use data and assessments effectively to track progress and inform strategic decision-making. β Champion Every Child β Ensure that all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL, receive the best possible start to their education. β Work Closely with Leadership β Be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to whole-school improvement.
Who Weβre Looking For: πΉ An Experienced EYFS Teacher or Current EYFS Lead β You have a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices. πΉ A Passionate & Creative Educator β You are committed to providing an engaging, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. πΉ A Strong Leader & Team Player β You can inspire, support, and develop colleagues while working collaboratively with the wider school team. πΉ A Strategic Thinker β You understand data, assessment, and school improvement processes. πΉ A Qualified Teacher (QTS) β EYFS specialism is desirable, but not essential.
