Early Years Teaching Assistant - Mainstream school St Albans | £95-£125 per day (PAYE) | Immediate Start Urgent requirement - Interviews being arranged immediately! Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the Nursery team at a welcoming primary school in St Albans.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and committed TA who has a passion for early childhood development and supporting children at the very beginning of their educational journey.

The Role

Supporting the Nursery teacher with the daily delivery of engaging EYFS activities. Providing encouragement and support with children's early learning and development. Helping children develop communication, language and social skills through play-based learning.

Supporting personal care, routines and children's growing independence. Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment. Working closely with the EYFS team to ensure every child receives appropriate support.

Previous experience working within an EYFS or Nursery setting. A genuine passion for working with young children. Confident supporting early communication, language and social development. A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
