The successful candidate will work closely with one of our most experienced Fabricator/Welders, who is due to retire this year, providing a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of specialist processes and play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of workmanship.
You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of anti-vandal cabins, internal and external staircases, ramps, and associated steel structures used within our modular buildings. Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication and MIG welding of steel components in various positions
- Manufacture of staircases, ramps, and structural steelwork
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety
- Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environmentAbout You
- Time-served Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in steel fabrication
- Fully competent in MIG welding
- Experience working with structural steelwork (e.G. stairs, ramps)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
