Facilities Assistant

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Levy on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team.

Your

key responsibilities will include

Re-grouting and re-siliconing bathrooms within hotel bedrooms to maintain presentation and prevent water damage. Painting and decorating guest bedrooms, corridors and public areas to a high standard. Carrying out general maintenance tasks across the hotel and estate.

Assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the hotel grounds and outdoor spaces. Reporting maintenance issues and supporting preventative maintenance programmes. Ensuring all work areas are safe, clean and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.

Supporting the Facilities team with project work and ad hoc maintenance requirements. Maintaining high standards throughout guest and back-of-house areas. Our ideal Facilities Assistant will: Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Be practical and enjoy hands-on work. Take pride in maintaining high standards across the hotel. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Have a flexible approach to working hours and duties. Have a good awareness of health and safety practices.

Previous maintenance, decorating or gardening experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
