Facilities & H&S Manager Salary: £50,000k - £55,000k + benefits Type: Full time permanent Senior Management Team Location: Sheffield – M1 – Meadow Field Global Organisation Sector – Ecommerce, distribution, factory, 3PL, retail, engineering This is an excellent opportunity to join a large European / Global organisation in a dynamic Facilities & H&S Manager appointment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities and a deep understanding of Facilities logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, commercial operations dealing with high profile customer KPI’s / SLA's / compliance.

This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining safe and efficient workplaces, and fostering a positive safety culture. You will manage both hard and soft FM services, oversee contractor performance, and champion continuous improvement in HSE and facilities standards Key Areas, Facilities management, focused on our buildings, services and mix working environments Health and safely Energy, Sustainability & Environment Leadership & People Management Compliance, Certification & Documentation P&L management, reporting and analysing Responsibilities Lead and manage Health, Safety and Environmental activities across site Ensure compliance with current HSE legislation and company requirements.

Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures and systems. Carry out risk assessments, audits and inspections. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions. Provide HSE advice, guidance and training to employees and management.

Monitor and improve health, safety and environmental performance. Manage and maintain relevant HSE documentation and records. Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. Promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the business.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Manage all aspects of distribution H&S warehouse, inbound / storage / E-com order fulfilment & and distribution.
