Facilities/Maintenance Engineer

Facilities/Maintenance Engineer, part time, onsite in Ware, Hertfordshire, 9‑month contract

Our client requires a reliable/experienced Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to start as soon as possible, on site in Ware. Working approximately 4 hours a day, but may be negotiable.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be liaising with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts
• Communicating with CBRE regularly via email and phone
• Conducting checks onsite of issues
• Arranging collection of large volumes of waste
• May be some heavy lifting required

Skills and experience you’ll have:

• Previous maintenance/facilities administration
• building maintenance experience
• MS experience, experience of using Google suite an advantage
