Facilities Maintenance Leader: Critical Systems

Lumentum is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Caswell site to lead the maintenance team and contractors, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient upkeep of buildings, utilities and critical infrastructure. You will drive planned maintenance, reduce downtime, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS and Quality to support site ramp-up and business continuity.
