FM Building Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent job - Southampton - £60,000 per annum

Base pay range

£60,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 08.00 - 5pm

Supervision of a small building maintenance team at a commercial site in Southampton
Carrying out hands-on maintenance work - specifically electrical maintenance and repair
Carrying out hands-on general maintenance and repair work - basic plumbing, changing a tap, fixing a lock etc
Completion of administration tasks such as maintenance reports
Liaison with on-site client
