Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager Location – Runcorn, WA7 1NT Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Apleona UK has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager with an engineering background , or an ambitious Assistant Facilities Manager ready to take the next step in their career, to oversee and lead our FM team delivering both hard as well as soft services at our client site in Runcorn.

You will take the lead in providing Facilities Management on a prestigious pharmaceutical client facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the day to day operation on the ground, co-ordinating the hard and soft services for the facility and managing the teams on site.

The Facilities Manager, who will have a strong hard services bias, will accurately and efficiently co-ordinate the onsite services as per IFM requirements, compliance expectations and guidelines, and will report to the Business Unit Services Director.

The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for liaising closely with the client and other stakeholders such as the in-country and program teams with day to day matters and ensuring these are aligned with any overarching strategic objectives.
