Factory Operative - Linton / Haverhill Area - £14.15/hr At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Factory Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will play a key role in supporting daily production activities, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday from 5.30 pm to 2 am Pay Rates: 14.15 GBP hourly Essential Requirements for Factory Operative: Own transport is essential due to the site location in Linton (CB21 4JD) as there is no public transport available.

No formal qualifications are required for this role. Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment. Desirable Requirements for Factory Operative: Previous experience working in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment.

Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Role for Factory Operative: Processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork. Mixing and blending ingredients according to production specifications. Labelling finished products to meet customer order requirements.
