The RoleAs a key member of the Family & Divorce team, you'll handle a diverse caseload and contribute to the growth of the department. Responsibilities include: Managing complex divorce and separation cases, including those involving international elements, business assets, and trustsAdvising on matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreementsSupporting the Team Lead in developing strategy and enhancing client serviceMentoring junior lawyers and supervising support staffCollaborating with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver a seamless client experienceDriving business development through networking, seminars, and professional forumsAbout youApplications are welcome from Solicitors or Legal Executives (with litigation rights) with at least 4 years' PQE in family law.
