Job Description Family Law Solicitor required for this successful practice with a number of offices in the UK. Salary offered is generous and is depending on PQE.Vacancies currently in the Aylesbury, Cheltenham, Oxford and Swindon areas.
Full-time permanent position offering long term career opportunities. Role will be privately and publicly funded cases. Managing a varied caseload, providing quality client care, and handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including advocacy where appropriate.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandling a caseload of family law mattersAdvising clients on funding options and assessing financial eligibility (Legal Aid)Instructing and liaising with counsel, experts, and third partiesRepresenting clients in court and conducting advocacy when requiredEnsuring compliance with Lexcel and SRA standardsStrong knowledge of family lawExcellent communication and client care skillsComfortable working independently and using initiativeTime management and case management skills
