Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced strong Family Law Solicitor /strong to join their Windsor team. /p p This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys strong autonomy /strong , is confident managing their own caseload, and thrives in a strong client-facing /strong environment.
The role offers genuine long-term progression, with a clear route to strong Head of Department /strong and ultimately strong Partnership /strong . /p p Supported by strong shared paralegals and legal executives /strong , you will take ownership of a varied strong private family law /strong caseload whilst also contributing to the continued growth of the department. /p p br /p p strong Key Requirements /strong /p ul li Minimum strong 2 years’ PQE /strong in strong Family Law /strong /li li Ability to strong manage a caseload independently /strong /li li Strong experience across a broad range of strong private family law matters /strong /li li Confidence in a highly strong client-facing /strong role /li li Strong strong communication /strong , strong client care /strong and relationship-building skills /li li Comfortable working with strong limited supervision /strong /li li A proactive, hands-on approach, including an interest in strong business development /strong /li li Good strong IT /strong and strong case management /strong systems experience /li li Experience of strong DPS IT Case Management System /strong would be beneficial, but is not essential /li /ul p br /p p strong Role and Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Manage a varied strong Family Law /strong caseload from instruction through to conclusion /li li Handle matters including strong divorce /strong , strong financial disputes /strong , strong children matters /strong , strong separation agreements /strong , strong pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements /strong , strong care proceedings /strong and strong domestic abuse /strong /li li Meet clients face-to-face and deliver a high standard of strong client care /strong /li li Represent clients at hearings and in court where required /li li Work independently and progress matters efficiently /li li Support the continued growth of the department through a hands-on approach /li li Contribute to strong business development /strong /li li Maintain high standards of strong risk management /strong and strong compliance /strong /li li Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff /li /ul p br /p p strong Salary, Bonus and Benefits /strong /p ul li strong 15% on-target bonus /strong linked to billable invoices /li li strong 25 days’ annual leave /strong /li li strong Standard pension /strong /li li strong Private office for every employee /strong /li li Modern office environment /li li strong 3-4 days in the office / 1-2 day working from home /strong , with flexibility on the home-working day /li /ul p This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking strong autonomy /strong , strong career progression /strong and the chance to join a respected firm where they can make a real impact. /p
