This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, supportive department with a varied caseload and real scope to grow. Your work will include:Divorce, separation and civil partnership mattersFinancial settlements and cohabitation issuesChildren law casesLegal aid work (experience helpful but not essential)Day to day client contact and ongoing case managementThis is a role for someone who enjoys being part of a close knit, collaborative team while maintaining autonomy over their own caseload.
Candidate RequirementsWe're looking for someone who is confident, capable and committed to delivering exceptional client care. You will bring:Solicitor, CILEx or 5+ years' experience managing your own family law caseloadStrong background across a broad range of family mattersExcellent communication skills and a client centred approachAbility to manage a busy workload with accuracy and confidenceStrong organisational skills and familiarity with case management systemsA proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for family lawWillingness to support, mentor and help develop junior colleaguesWhy Join?
