Family Paralegal

Job Description A well-regarded private practice law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join its established and busy Family Law team. This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality family matters and clear long-term progression for the right candidate.

The Role You will be supporting experienced fee earners on a broad range of family law matters, working closely with clients and assisting with files from instruction to resolution. Key Responsibilities Assisting with private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters Preparing court bundles and legal documentation Drafting correspondence and attendance notes Liaising with clients, counsel and the courts Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case files Providing high-quality client care throughout proceedings The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Family Paralegal or Legal Assistant Strong knowledge of family law procedures and court processes Confident communicator with excellent written skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Law graduates with family law experience will be considered What’s on Offer Competitive salary dependent on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop long-term within family law Hands-on exposure to a varied and interesting caseload Clear progression prospects within private practice This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Paralegal in Marlow seeking stability, progression, and exposure to high-quality family work.
