Family Solicitor – Rotherham A well-established regional law firm is looking to grow its Family Law team with the addition of a skilled Family Solicitor.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, with a particular focus on financial disputes and children matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in driving the department forward.
Typical Matters Will Include: Divorce and separation Financial settlements (including high-net-worth) Cohabitation agreements Child arrangements and applications under the Children Act Pre- and post-nuptial agreements What’s on Offer?
