Our client is a well-established and respected high street law firm in Windsor , with a strong local reputation and a loyal client base. Following the planned retirement of a long-standing Family Partner , the firm is now looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Family Solicitor as part of its succession planning strategy.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer who wants to develop their leadership responsibilities and ultimately progress into a Head of Family/Department Head position. The Opportunity You'll join an established Family department and take responsibility for a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, while working closely with the existing team and senior management.

Your caseload is likely to include: Divorce and separation Financial remedy and matrimonial finance Complex financial settlements Private children matters Child arrangements and disputes Cohabitation and separation agreements Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Domestic abuse and associated protective measures High-net-worth and complex family matters The role will also provide the opportunity to become increasingly involved in the development and leadership of the department , including mentoring junior colleagues, supporting workflow, developing client relationships and contributing to business development.

About You We're looking for an ambitious Family Solicitor who is ready for a genuine career progression opportunity.

You'll ideally have
