Family Solicitor Location: Aylesbury Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Family Solicitor | Family Lawyer | Divorce & Financial Remedy An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a long-established and respected high street law firm in Aylesbury.
The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing practical, client-focused legal advice across the local community and is now looking to strengthen its Family department with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor.
This role would suit a Family Solicitor with 2 years' PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. The Role You will advise clients across a broad range of family law matters, including: Divorce and separation Financial remedy matters Private children matters Cohabitation disputes and agreements Pre and post-nuptial agreements Civil partnership matters Collaborative family law The department also offers Family Mediation services, providing opportunities to broaden your experience. you will
Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Family Law Be confident managing your own caseload independently Have experience advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children matters Deliver exceptional client care and build lasting client relationships Possess excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills Be proactive, organised and commercially aware What's on Offer?
