Service Care Legal are working with a well-respected East London law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its busy Legal Aid Family team. You'll manage a caseload of domestic abuse and private family law matters , providing expert advice and representation to vulnerable clients from initial instruction through to conclusion.
Please note that this position is an in-office position. The Role Handle Legal Aid family matters with a focus on domestic violence and injunction proceedings. Represent clients in court and provide high-quality legal advice.
Deliver excellent client care while managing a busy caseload. About You Qualified Solicitor with proven Legal Aid Family experience. Children Panel Accreditation is essential. Strong experience handling domestic abuse matters, including non-molestation and occupation orders. Excellent advocacy, communication and client care skills.
