Feasibility Coordinator

Overview

In this role, you support global clinical trials by delivering feasibility insights and data to cross-functional teams. You will help shape country and site selection strategies and gather feedback from investigative sites. You’ll present results to the proposal team to ensure aligned assumptions and therapeutic experience. You will assist bid defense preparation and contribute to process improvements within the department. This position sits in Medpace’s global clinical operations team, offering opportunities to influence study design and site feasibility at scale.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate feasibility assessments and provide high-quality feasibility data to internal and external teams
• Develop preliminary proposal strategy for site and country selection
• Outreach to investigative sites to obtain indication and protocol-specific feedback
• Present feasibility results to the proposal team ensuring correct assumptions and alignment with therapeutic experience
• Assist with preparation for bid defense meetings and support process improvement initiatives and departmental administrative functions

Key requirements

• PhD in life-sciences or 2 years CRO (Clinical Trials) experience preferred
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects within tight timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Some clinical research experience beneficial
• Working knowledge of feasibility processes and databases highly desirable
