Field Installation Engineer

Overview As a Field Installation Engineer at Verisure, you install, service and maintain professionally monitored security systems for customers. You work in the field, assessing properties, recommending tailored security improvements and upsell opportunities.

You'll often troubleshoot faults and deliver clear system demonstrations, aiming for first-time fixes. Training is provided, and you'll join a trusted, customer-focused team in a leading European security provider. This role combines hands-on technical work with strong customer service to protect homes and small businesses at scale.

Pay / Benefits Company van (with optional personal use) Fuel card (business use) Company smartphone Birthday off Uncapped commission structure Private healthcare Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of customers properties and recommend tailored security improvements Install, service and maintain Verisure alarm systems with a focus on first-time fix Provide expert advice to design systems that meet customer needs and risks Deliver clear and engaging system demonstrations to customers Troubleshoot faults and resolve technical issues, including repeat false alarms Identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer security through additional products and services Manage stock, tools and company vehicle in line with company standards Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism Key requirements Technical mindset and problem-solving ability Strong communication and team-oriented approach Proactive, detail-oriented Comfort with hand tools and working at height Full, clean manual driving licence Interest in technology and security systems Willingness to learn through training program Experience in technical, installation, sales, upselling or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not essential customer service orientation communication problem-solving hands-on technical troubleshooting security systems knowledge ability to design and advise on system configurations
