Field Sales Executive

Overview

In this role you drive consumer and SME security solutions as part of Verisures field sales team. You will build a customer pipeline, deliver in-home consultations, and tailor security recommendations to protect what matters most. The position offers industry-leading training, clear progression, and a strong earnings model with uncapped commissions plus a guaranteed salary. You’ll work with cross-functional support to grow your network and impact local communities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your customer pipeline through door-to-door prospecting, local networking and referrals
• Attend marketing-generated appointments and deliver in-home security consultations
• Recommend tailored Verisure security solutions based on customer needs
• Own your results with ongoing coaching and support from your manager
• Drive conversions and contribute to branchwide growth initiatives

Key requirements

• Ambitious, self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Confident in meeting new people and building relationships
• Minimum of 2 years work experience (sales experience is advantageous but not required)
• Full UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points)
• Access to your own vehicle during the first four months
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (fully funded by Verisure)
