Field Sales Executive

Overview

As a SALES ADVISOR at Verisure, you join a fast-paced, security-focused team and contribute to growing our residential and business client base. You’ll receive comprehensive sales training through the Verisure Academy and work with a supportive team to convert campaigns into new client acquisitions.

You’ll build a client portfolio through prospecting and our marketing-led leads, driving revenue with uncapped commissions. The role balances field visits with structured career development and tangible rewards, underpinned by a mission to protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a client portfolio through prospecting and campaigns
• market Verisure services to potential clients and secure new business
• Leverage scheduled appointments provided by marketing teams and manager support
• Visit prospective clients using your own vehicle (first 4 months)
• Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to achieve targets
• Participate in Verisure Academy training and ongoing coaching

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driving license (0-3 points)
• DBS check required (fully covered by employer)
• Own vehicle required for first 4 months
