Presenting new products to retailers in a persuasive and engaging way, highlighting their unique benefits. Delivering a consistent and reliable service to customers, ensuring their shelves stay stocked and their businesses supported.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management. Keeping accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and feedback using digital tools. Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to spot growth opportunities. ??
What Were Looking For Proven experience in Field Sales or Van Sales, ideally within the FMCG, food or drink sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong time management and organisational abilities, youll be managing your own territory and schedule.
Proficiency with IT systems for reporting and record-keeping. A motivated, target-driven attitude and resilience to succeed in a competitive market. A full manual UK driving license is essential. ??
