Job Description Field Service Coordinator – HVAC The Opportunity Join a global facilities management business supporting customers across a large technical service operation. We’re looking for a graduate to join the team as a Field Service Coordinator, coordinating HVAC engineers and ensuring customer jobs are scheduled, managed and completed efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate to develop experience across operations, customer service, engineering coordination and facilities management. The Role You’ll be responsible for coordinating a team of field-based HVAC engineers, managing appointments and acting as the link between customers, engineers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch HVAC engineers to customer sites Manage incoming service requests and prioritise jobs Coordinate engineer diaries, appointments and workloads Keep customers updated throughout the service process Liaise with engineers to ensure jobs are completed on time Track jobs against agreed SLAs and escalate issues where required Maintain accurate records across internal systems Support the wider operations and customer service teams What We’re Looking For Graduate – essential Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with systems and data Proactive, energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders
