Job Description Field Service EngineerDundee£17 - £18.50 p/h + Tool Allowance + Company VanNeos are working with a leading independent supplier of plant and machinery to the construction, demolition, ports, timber, scrap and recycling sectors.

The business provides an end-to-end solution to customers' equipment needs, including servicing equipment through a team of mobile engineers, maximising its lifetime and optimising its utilisation.
The RoleExperienced field service engineer covering the below on various construction equipment. Key ResponsibilitiesRoutine maintenance and breakdowns on machineryWarranty repairs. Damage repairs. Site visits across various areas of the countryClear and detailed reporting of work carried out and repairs necessary on engineer iPadManage all above to ensure 100% recovery.
Additional ResponsibilitiesCare of company vehicle and reporting of defectsGood communication with customers and other staffExperience and QualificationsStrong background in Plant industry essential. NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
CSCS card holder is preferredExperience of diagnostic tools and computer software including Engine diagnosticsAbility to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environmentExcellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousnessPreferred dealer experience but not essentialMust be able to travel outside of the UK to attend manufacturers training courses.
