Connect Appointments are seeking a talented Field Service Manager to join our client's team in Inverkeithing, and help drive innovation in the offshore wind sector. You'll ensure continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, process development, and proactive identification of service and revenue opportunities.PLEASE NOTE: This role requires occasional UK and international travel, as well as visits to offshore asset.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:Represent the voice of customers and field service techniciansPlan, coordinate, and manage the day‑to‑day deployment and performance of field service technicians and subcontractorsEnsure all field personnel are fully supported, including welfare, HSE compliance, tools, materials, equipment, and access to technical informationEnsure logistical plans are in place and effective to support field operationsEnsure accurate and timely creation of field service records, job documentation, and operational reportsMonitor training and competency records to confirm personnel maintain required certifications and that refresher training is scheduled as neededSupport the preparation of quotations and estimates for field service workManage service department P
