Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support at customer locations and manage service tickets. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
You will travel to client sites, perform fault investigations, and implement fixes while maintaining clear records and adhering to SLAs. The position offers 30,000–40,000 GBP per year with 40 days of annual leave and broad work across IT environments.
