What Youll Be Doing Supporting month-end close activities and ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved Preparing monthly management reports and delivering meaningful financial analysis Reviewing P L performance cost trends and key business performance indicators Supporting budgeting forecasting and planning activities Preparing journals accruals and other month-end accounting adjustments Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision making Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial visibility Supporting the wider finance team during a busy and important period What Were Looking For Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner Management Accountant or similar role Experience working within a manufacturing or operational environment Strong month-end accounting and management reporting experience Ability to analyse financial information and communicate findings clearly Experience preparing journals accruals and balance sheet reconciliations Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Available to start at short notice and quickly add value Whats On Offer Competitive salary equivalent of 40000 - 50000 Hybrid working with flexibility around office attendance Immediate start opportunity Exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Potential for contract extension depending on business requirements If youre an experienced finance professional looking for your next interim opportunity and are available to start quickly wed love to hear from you.
