Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and analysis.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation plans. Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries within the business. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly. A proven track record of supporting business planning and decision-making.
