Finance Functional Lead - D365

Overview

In this role you will lead the design, configuration, and rollout of core finance processes on D365FO for Aristocrat’s global operations, starting as the first Europe-based hire to shape the team’s direction. You will partner with internal and external teams to ensure accurate delivery of finance solutions across complex gaming scenarios, driving reporting and data-driven decision making.

You’ll optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the ERP strategy in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This position offers meaningful impact through shaping finance capabilities for a world-class gaming leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, and implementation of core finance modules aligned with global standards
• Coordinate solution delivery with internal and external partners; validate configurations and support cutover/data migration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Global ERP group to resolve issues and enhance reporting
• Counsel on process optimization and contribute to environmental strategy aligned with Global standards and regulations
• Monitor implementation partners and support data migration initiatives

Key requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of D365FO Finance modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Management)
• Deep understanding of financial processes in manufacturing or gaming
• Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting
• Familiarity with taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes
• Capability to perform finance reconciliations and period-end close in D365FO
• Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and BI requirements
• Proven track record delivering multiple full-cycle D365FO finance implementations as a functional consultant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to engage effectively with finance leadership and demonstrate people management skills
