Finance Manager (Dubai)

Overview

In this Finance Manager role you will lead the month-end close for an international architecture firm, ensuring accurate financials and compliance. You will partner with the Finance Director and a small team to deliver management and statutory accounts while driving process improvements. You will provide financial insight to support business decisions across cross-border operations and tax/compliance functions. This role offers exposure to multi-country finance, system enhancements, and a clear impact on the company’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, including reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany accounting
• Analyze movements against forecast and explain variances
• Prepare management accounts and statutory accounts
• Manage corporate tax and VAT
• Drive finance system enhancements and process improvements
• Support wider business with financial insight and analysis
• Lead and develop a team of 4
• Coordinate with Finance Director and cross-functional partners

Key requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• few years of experience in industry
