Job DescriptionManage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Oversee financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end activities. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and reporting. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior stakeholders.
Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills to present financial information clearly.
