Finance ManagerLocation: Leicestershire | PermanentThe OpportunityRobert Half is partnering with a growing international manufacturing and production business to recruit a Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to take ownership of the finance function, support business performance and contribute to the continued growth of the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the full accounting cycle, including month-end accounts, management reporting, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT returns and payroll accounting. Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, providing financial insight to support business performance.

Monitor production costs, stock movements and cost allocations, working closely with operational and production teams. Support statutory audits, financial controls and compliance, while identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and procedures.

The Ideal CandidateACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with a minimum of three years' accounting experience within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment. Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards, statutory requirements and the full accounting cycle.

Practical experience of management accounts, stock accounting, production costing and operational finance processes. Confident using financial systems, with Sage Intacct experience advantageous, alongside strong Excel and analytical skills.

A proactive, hands-on and organised individual with the ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, lead and develop a team, and engage confidently with stakeholders. What's on Offer? Opportunity to join a growing international group.
