We are currently working in partnership with an innovative Belfast-headquartered business to appoint a Financial Controller to their growing local team. This company serves a global client base and is positioned for long-term expansion.
As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team—particularly the CEO—by ensuring robust financial governance, driving process improvements, and providing insight to guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of month-end and year-end financial close Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Manage the audit process, liaising with external auditors Maintain and develop scalable financial systems and processes Support commercial decision-making with financial insights and modelling Drive process efficiencies and support business-wide financial strategy The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Strong technical background in financial reporting and controls Proven ability to lead financial processes and engage senior stakeholders Apply below or contact Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for more information.
