Financial Controller Holywood £60,000 - £70,000 Artemis Human Capital are recruiting on behalf of our client due to continued growth, they are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function and support the business's ongoing development.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, this is an excellent opportunity to influence financial strategy, improve business performance and provide meaningful commercial insight. The Role Oversee the day-to-day finance function.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Develop and maintain robust financial controls. Prepare board reports and present financial performance. Develop KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies. Support and develop the finance team. The Person ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Experience in a similar hands-on finance role, ideally within an SME. Strong technical accounting and systems knowledge.
Commercially astute, with excellent analytical skills. Confident communicating financial information to senior stakeholders. Experience leading and motivating a small team. For more information contact Chris at Artemis Human Capital
