Contract typePermanentSalaryNegotiableReferenceDEI50089Location: HertfordshireWe're looking for a Financial Controller to join a privately owned service business and own the full financial control function. This is a senior, high‐visibility role working closely with the CFO.
Responsibilities
Group & Statutory Reporting: End‐to‐end ownership of Group accounts, subsidiary reporting and all external reporting requirements. Treasury: Cash management, liquidity oversight, forecasting and optimisation of funding and repatriation.
Operational Finance: Delivery of a high‐performing transactional finance function with strong controls and efficient processes. Business Partnering: Month‐end close, Board reporting, performance insight and commercial challenge.
Financial Control: Balance sheet integrity, control frameworks and risk management. What You BringACA/ACCA of equivalent qualified with industry experience. Background in services Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
