Job Description Fire Alarm Engineer Small Works & Servicing Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm Location: London & surrounding areasA great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established, BAFE-approved Fire & Security contractor .The successful candidate will primarily carry out small works, second fixing, commissioning and servicing of fire alarm systems across London and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities Installing, second fixing and commissioning fire alarm systemsCarrying out planned servicing and maintenanceFault finding, diagnosing and resolving issues efficientlyEnsuring systems are installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standardsEnsuring all work complies with BS 5839 , current fire safety regulations and company proceduresCompleting works professionally and providing a high standard of service to clientsRequirements Minimum 5 years experience as a Fire Alarm EngineerStrong working knowledge of BS 5839 and other relevant standardsCompetent in installing and commissioning fire alarm systemsStrong fault-finding and servicing skillsFull UK driving licenceValid ECS/CSCS cardOwn hand and power toolsAbility to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanshipPackage £50,000 per annum8:00am 4:00pm working hoursLondon & surrounding areasOpportunity to join an established, BAFE-approved Fire & Security contractorThis position would suit an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a role focused on small works, commissioning, servicing and maintenance .
