Job Description Position: Fire and Security Installation ManagerLocation: Bristol - Office BasedSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)We currently have an opportunity available to join a well-established and growing fire & security contractor based in Bristol who specialise in supporting commercial clients such as schools, offices, community centres and hospitals with the design, installation and maintenance of fire & security systems including fire alarms, CCTV systems, intruder alarms, and PAVA systems.
Fire and Security Installation Manager Job OverviewOverseeing a range of large full-site fire & security installation projects across the Bristol, South Wales, and Wiltshire areas, ranging in value anywhere from £1,000 to £800,000Keeping tabs on a large volume of smaller remedial and small works projectsTaking over the projects from the sales team and managing throughout the procurement, installation, and handover processes of the projectBeing responsible for a team of roughly 20 employed and sub-contracted engineersWorking from the companies office in Bristol, with occasional visits to site to support supervisors with training, site safety audits, client escalations, and day-to-day running of the projectsWorking across the full fire & security sector, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, life safety systems, access control, and public address & voice alarms (PAVA)Fire and Security Installation Manager Job RequirementsStrong background within the fire & security sector, specifically across installation projects within the commercial sectorA hands-on background with experience and knowledge of installing fire & security systems is highly desirableProject experience, with a background completing a range of small works and large installation projectsFull UK driving licenceBased within a commutable distance of BristolFire and Security Installation Manager Salary & BenefitsBasic salary £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experienceCompany vehicle provided25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysPrivate healthcare providedWorking hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pmBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
