Strong fire engineering knowledge and experience developing performance-based solutions for residential buildings. Comprehensive knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, Approved Document B, British Standards and PAS 9980.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide clear technical advice. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, with strong project, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Residential development or housebuilding experience desirable, including knowledge of Gateway submissions, façade fire performance, MMC, structural fire engineering or fire/evacuation modelling. JBRP1_UKTJ
