Job Description Fire Safety Team Leader Permanent \ N We are looking for an experienced Fire Safety Team Leader to lead a team of Fire Safety Technicians and Electrical Engineers, ensuring fire safety compliance across a social housing environment. \ N This is a key role whereyou'll oversee fire risk assessments, inspections, contractors and improvement projects, while managing risk, driving performance and helping to ensure residents live in safe homes. \ N

Key Responsibilities \ N

Lead and manage ateam of 8 fire safety professionals. \ N Manage the Fire Risk Assessment programme and ensure remedial actions are completed within agreed timescales. \ N Oversee fire door, emergency lighting, fire alarm and other safety inspection programmes. \ N Manage a fire safety budget of approximately £600k. \ N Manage contractors, consultants and fire safety improvement projects. \ N Develop project specifications and support procurement activities. \ N Maintain accurate compliance records and produce management reports. \ N Support the developmentof fire strategies, policies and procedures. \ N Deputise for the Fire Safety Manager when required. \ N Ensure compliance withrelevant fire safety legislation and landlord responsibilities. \ N

About You \ N You'll have: \ N

Experience reviewing Fire Risk Assessments and allocating remedial actions. \ N Strong knowledge of theRegulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. \ N Experience working within social housing or a similar environment. \ N Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. \ N Strong organisational and project management abilities. \ N A relevant qualification such as NEBOSH Fire Safety, HNC/HND Fire Safety Engineering or Level 4 Fire Safety Risk Assessor/Auditor. \ N The ability to analysedata and produce clear management reports. \ N
