Fire Stopper

The Opportunity We are recruiting an experienced Fire Stopper to join a growing passive fire protection contractor working across the North, including Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester. The role will involve installing and maintaining fire stopping systems across a range of commercial and residential projects.

We are looking for a reliable, skilled operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and is looking for long-term stability. Key Responsibilities

• Installing fire stopping systems, including sealants, batt and mastic systems.
• Carrying out fire stopping remedial works and repairs.
• Ensuring all installations comply with relevant fire safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Completing accurate job reports and photographic evidence.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment. Requirements
• Proven experience in fire stopping installation and remedial works.
• Longevity with current / recent employer.
• Relevant fire stopping qualifications preferred.
• Good understanding of fire stopping compliance and installation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently or as part of a team. Package
• £36,000 – £40,000 salary.
