ABOUT THE ROLE Mentoring high-achieving students across KS3-5 Subject-specific academic support based on your expertise Delivering workshops, university application guidance, and enrichment sessions £25,000 - £28,000 per annum - Permanent Contract (Salary is based off exp) September 2026 Start - Term Time Only - Full Time Based in Southend-On-Sea ABOUT YOU A recent graduate with a First-Class Honours degree (any discipline) Experience working with young people in educational or mentoring contexts A confident and inspiring communicator A genuine passion for education and helping students reach their potential Strong academic background and excellent organisational skills ABOUT THE SCHOOL Outstanding Secondary School with a diverse and ambitious student body Supportive leadership team committed to student achievement Opportunities for professional development and career progression Located in Southend-On-Sea If you are interested in this First-Class Graduate Mentor opportunity, trial days / interviews can be arranged ASAP!
